Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee
Every VARVICO product comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a product, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a refund, subject to the conditions below. The guarantee applies to all products — individual documents, role packs and bundles.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@varvico.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number (in your purchase-confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy) so we can locate your order.
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are available for products that have not been substantially downloaded or used. If you've already integrated the templates into your compliance workflows, contact us and we'll help resolve the issue instead.
- One refund per customer per product, to keep the guarantee fair for everyone.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect patterns of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund across products, or bulk downloading followed by an immediate refund request).
- For a partial refund of a bundle, contact us and we'll work out a fair solution.
Digital content & your statutory rights
Our kits are downloadable digital documents delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can be lost once download begins and you have acknowledged this at checkout. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to your mandatory statutory rights.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we confirm your request, and issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to show it. Because the products are digital downloads, product access and download links are revoked once a refund is processed — please discontinue use of the files after your refund.
“Kept Current” subscriptions
You can cancel the annual Kept Current subscription at any time; the current year is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
